I'm new to poly, have the best boyfriend I could ask for as I enter a completely new lifestyle, and I'm happy at 61. Petite, very physical - hiking, biking, x-c skiing, swimming, yoga, working out. Love to dance. I like to read and have meaningful conversations, and as far as eating, I will always choose healthy, organic, and (horrors!) gluten and dairy free. I drink rarely, and substances other than endorphins don't do much for me. I practice HeartMath and Non-Violent Communication, Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism, and enjoy developing communication skills.
