I love ice cream but I'm lactose intolerant. Every time I eat ice cream I enjoy it and i love various flavors. Sometimes it seems like I can't walk past the opportunity however each time I eat ice cream, regardless of the flavor….I pay dearly for it. In the end, the moments of pleasure are never worth how I feel later on. I've finally accepted that eating ice cream doesn't make me feel good in the end and that eating a dessert that is best suited for me is the way to go. I have great memories of me and my ice cream but none of them compare to the fulfilling feeling I get with the dessert I eat today
