controlled, i never know what to say on these, Im such an introvert everything always seems to sound weird. Also just to throw it out there i feel like it's the elephant in the room for me, i lost my left arm in 2012 its probably more my issue than most people but just in case it bothers anyone I'd rather there be no surprises.
