Wanting to try anal any advice on how to prepair for my first time?

* Clean yourself (inside as well as out);
* Practice inserting beforehand to get used to it, or to stretch 'yourself' slightly
* Make sure your partner knows (ensures they're gentle and understanding)
* Lube depending on the size
* Take it slow initially until you get used to it
* RELAX!!!

First, you've got to want it, badly. Second, lubrication. Third, protection - this is a very dangerous practice. You might also want to try a sitting position first, as this gives you control of what's happening.
