Plan ahead!

Just wanted to add something - I am in the scene for long and saw many such events to go crab.

If you do not name a place and time at least som 3-4 day in advance and make some people aware of, you will probably end up with a bad experience since in many cases some 10-20 or even more guys say "I will come" but max 5 out of 20 will truly be there in the end.

Forget it. Quite unreliable people and further out of the country meanwhile (I guess they polanned for up to 21st.
