get together cd',tv's and other like minded people open to all by invite only

I am looking to host a get together at a local bar in Catral (Spain). This is a great chance for you to come out, get dressed up and enjoy a evening with other such minded people. This is a chance to meet new people and make friends. The bar owners have said that this will be a closed doors event so entrace would be by invite only !!!
At the moment there is no planned date for this get together as i need to find out how much interest there is as the bar would be closed to all other people so they need to know that there would be sufficent people to justify it.
