At a lingerie party ladies dress up in lingerie to tease the guys but there is no touching between opposite sexes. The ladies do not touch the guys, and the guys do not touch the ladies.
However, ladies can touch themselves ?? Also they can touch the other ladies as well (with consent).
The ladies are free to flirt, tease, act proactively, play with toys, themselves or the other ladies.
