No action and think false emails

I have been on here for 2 months and have gotten several emails but I respond and never get a response back. I have sent out several but no response. I think most of the emails we get on this site is from the site itself making it look like there is so much action. If I get a email from some one don't you figure if i respond they would respond and follow up to Their initial inquiry. But hell no nothing I am begging to think this site is BS
