STI testing........................

Recently, there was a poll on here about STI testing. I was shocked at the results....an unbelievable number of people had NEVER been tested. WHAT THE HECK???
I prefer to think that I know any partner I have, and trust him enough, that it isn't an issue, but even so, I feel that much better knowing he has been tested....and recently. As for myself, I get tested regularly...whether I think I need it or not, so that I can honestly say that I am clean and have the results to prove it.
It's such a simple process (albeit a bit embarrassing and uncomfortable, but aren't the results worth it???). Why not get tested????
