New skirt and holdups

Really love my new skirt and hold ups. My new dress arrives tomorrow, I now need to find the courage to go out dressed. Thinking an event might be the way towards. Moral support and all that.
I don't mind traveling but can anyone recommend and event like an evening out or group meetup?
