3way interest? trying look for a third to enjoy with

My man and I are both in our 20's living in Surrey BC Canada... We are looking to explore more and have a ton of fun in the bedroom(; Were wanting to add a third either female or trans.
My man is a hard working carpenter and I work in the care aid field... We are both super respectful for one another. We just want to spice things up in the bedroom.
We had a 3way before but it wasn't that great becuz 1) too drunk 2) was not planned out at all. So this time were hoping to make it planned and a little more exciting and fun for all of us.
