Quality, lockdown..sex

Reading today's papers, the dilemma page carried the statistic that couples have sex on average once a week. People having more sex were not necessarily happier. Apparently, quality not quantity is important.
The second article I read concerned women's attitudes to sex and dating at present. How do we find who we want?
I haven't had sex in a year, so related to the articles . Either I play with my solo sex toys, or indulge in sexting or hope that I find someone that finds me as attractive as I do them. Staying positive and busy with other interests seems key
