Chickitta needed to be smart about her decisions today. Skip school completely, and they would immediately call Dad and her plans would fall apart. So off she walked to school to check in for homeroom. It was the only part of the day where they actually took attendance anymore as they trusted the seniors to actually stay at school at that point. She got to class, took her seat and made eye contact with her best friend, the one that always had her back. They had known each other for so long that they could often communicate with no words. Chickitta shot her a look saying, “we need to talk” and received a confirming head nod in return.
After homeroom, Chickitta pulled her friend aside where they would not be disturbed and asked to borrow her car. They both had their licence, but Chickitta had yet to get her own car. Daddy always told her she would need to work for it, but wouldn’t let her get a job quite yet, something about Him needing her around the house. Chickitta didn’t provide any more details about why she needed the car other than that she was planning a surprise for someone. With no questions asked, they keys were handed over, the promise made of returning by the end of the day, and off Chickitta went.
Chickitta headed into town. Her first stop was her favourite lingerie store. She had many pieces of beautiful lingerie: colourful bras, silk thongs, lace panties, and more. None of the items she owned though looked like what she wore in her dream. Daddy had always let her shop in this store whenever she wanted but He had always come with her to approve of her purchases. This time was the first she was in here alone. She browsed through the store looking for something that jumped out at her.
