Denied chat room access

Getting really frustrated, apparently even a basic level of membership should allow access to the chat rooms - I just can't get in!?!? What's going on here?

As a classic member you can use the chatrooms after you have been a member with us for 7 days, or upgrade to premium or VIP to use it straight away. |
