What a time for me to realise this

On the 13th of August I would have been married for 24yrs. So the weekend of the 11th and 12th would have been a party to celebrate that fact. It's put me on a bit of a downer tbh which will probably get worse as the time gets closer.
I need to sort out and get a grip on these bloody mood swings I am having just lately still never mind I can hack it.
I think I should have a night out or in that weekend, have a few drinks and see what happens. See if I can palm the kids off with their mates over a night or two so I don't have to worry about them. It might be wise to just get giggly drunk that way I can just sit and chuckle until I fall asleep wherever that may be lol.
What do you guys and gals think? Good or bad idea?
