What a 4-5 hr gym-like session conditions that certain workers have to put up with at a risk to their wellbeing. Lifting- packing, etc it can feel like some boring , old story reel that has lost its meaning due to constant views . Thanks to the creation of the new Kilkenny Spartans volleyball club, there is a opportunity to meet up with other social volleyball clubs for nights out
