Hotel Recommendation for Colombo !!!

I am going to visit colombo during Feb first week. I am planning to stay in fort or Coleputty Area. The hotel should be couple friendly .As I am going to invite my couple friends there. I am not looking for very expensive Hotel.
Please recommend me some good place where I can enjoy my stay.
