Mood music and ambience

What sort of music is most conducive to setting the tone in anticipation of a sexual tryst or romantic prelude.
I remember the old walrus of love himself, the often lamented, Barry White of the love unlimited orchestra etc.
I still listen to him in the car and find his tunes very uplifting and inspirational and though he carried a few extra pounds he was certainly a hit with the ladies.
Anyone care to share their own preferences on the best mood music of choice, whether it be pop, rock or even classical or jazz.
