How to impress somebody so they want you

... am not so impressive ... I am nothing special... I know some people like me and are kind enough to say nice things.
Mostly is about... what record to play .. what to do with my life... what to have for dinner.
I have had casual sex but never more than twice with the same person.
There must be a reason ... and am so the nicest person you will meet.
I came to the conclusion was about 'challenge'. Once they persuade me and 'have' me they look for the next.
