self love so women self love as much as men

Ladies tell me I’m not alone in being happily married but getting out your toys or having a play with yourself happens  few times a week like me
A lot of my friends won’t admit to it and say of course I don’t , obviously lying 
So why is there a stigma with us girls doing it and guys can talk about jacking off so much
