Under normal circumstances a man has one dick(penis) and two balls(testicles). The balls are in a sac(scrotum) which is highly sensitive to temperature changes. When it's hot it hangs down like a deflated baloon and when it's cold it almost takes up the shape of the balls and feels quite tough.
Generally most men do not have any problem shaving around and above the penis but the nightmare begins once the razor goes below the shaft area towards the balls. One has to make sure the temperature is cold enough so the sac doesn't loosen up and get entangled in the razor turning the water red! Also, did I mention that one has to be erect nd turned on while the cold steel grazes over it!
Sometimes it's all just too much dear ladies, to clean the balls regularly, as it's walking on thin wire everytime. We like you clean and shaved down there and we also respect (at least I do) it immensely. Unless there is something special we(at least me) do not shave down there.
It's not about hygiene we also do not like the sweaty tangled hairs down there.Its just about the risk invloved as they are what makes us a man biologically and also gives the ladies something extra to play with.
