Part Two of how to manage a blow on cold Winters night

Said lovely Trucker, asked if there was anything else he could do. I was by now a tad chilly and my hands had grease and brake dust and other motoring debris. I asked if he had any cleaning wipes, which he did, in his cab.
We took to his cab with me trying not to shiver as I was pretty cold.
Like a true gentleman, he opened the passenger side of his cab, which I managed to enter with his help. Not so easy a feat in 5" heels! Of, course, my scantily clad and very much exposed legs were fully on show and as I turned to seat myself, I read a look of hunger in his now quite dilated eyes. Hmmm. His cab was lovely and warm and as he entered He looked me up an down with a appreciation, which is always welcome when in a vulnerable situation. 
He leaned to the rear of the seat and fetched a bag in, which were some hand wipes and offered them to me. I wiped as he watched and smiled at him in gratitude as the dirt was fully purged from my digits. He kindly took the wipes and put the soiled ones in a rubbish bag and placed both behind the seat
Turn back around he smiled a little bashfully and spoke: "I have heard of these situations and that the kind person is usually repaid by the person he has helped by her offering some kind of oral gratuity. Haven't you?"
I was a little nervous and replied: "Yes, I have and would you like me repay my gratitude in that fashion?", too which he replied...
