Strengthening your Sexual Stamina - Putting in a Shagging Shift

The London Marathon is kicking off this Sunday, and if you’re lacking the motivation to pull your running shoes on and join in, there is a marathon that you may be willing to take part in...a sex marathon.

Whilst getting down and dirty for copious hours, even days straight might sound like the best damn thing you have ever heard, you need to be tactical with your humpathon. You don’t want to burn out mid-bonking session when it’s getting good. Police singer Sting once famously claimed that he could go on for 8 hours, how truthful he was being no-one really knows but with the right practice you could also put in a shagging shift.

Here’s our tips for stamina like Sting:

Get Physical

By increasing your muscle strength on areas such as your core, you will be able to maintain the more adventurous, gravity-defying positions for longer or by building up the resilience of your forearms, extended periods of hand pleasuring won’t be as tiring. It’s not just these particular body parts that we’d recommend strengthening however, by building the resilience of your entire body’s muscle fibres you will find all manner of movements and positions easier to keep up over extended periods of time so make sure to get some regular strength training or calisthenics in.

PC Muscle Training

Your PC muscle, also known as your pelvic floor muscle, isn’t really one that people would think to exercise, which is why we’ve mentioned it separately on this list. A stronger PC muscle equals more control over your orgasms and sexual staying power. It’s the muscle which stops your pee stream so to exercise it, do just this, contract like you are stopping your pee and hold momentarily, letting go to repeat the cycle again. Repeat this for a couple of sets of 10 a day or however much you feel is good for you and go for humpathon gold.


Edging

This is also known as orgasm control and is a coital technique which involves a sprinkling of self-discipline. Go Booze Free

Mental Focus

A lot can be said for mind over matter, if you’re not there present in the moment and instead worrying about when you’re going to pay your car tax in a hip-thrusting auto-pilot state, chances are that you’re not going to be enjoying yourself enough to endure it for the long-haul. So leave your problems at the bedroom door and practice mental focus. If you feel thoughts or worries creeping in that suck the soul out of your sex, ignore them and instead ask yourself questions such as ‘Does that feel good?’ and ‘How hot is that?’

Men!
