First meeting with a new Sub

So you've found a woman who meets every requirement you have for a Submissive. Dont think your going to drag her into a room chain her up whip her a bit and she is yours, a Sub takes careful grooming and training before you put her/him into any sort of position. You have a duty of care to find out what they can endure and whats a no go , the 2 of you need to discuss parameters and boundaries. Expectations ,where do you see the relationship going and goals, what do you both hope to get from it
