Just got in from my usual bike along the sea front, and it a wee bit chilly this morning. I haven't been out for a few day so have missed the exercise (it becomes a bit of an addiction - exercise, but today was quite difficult, legs stiff and the cold didn't make it easy.
According to the weather forecast (and we all know how goood they are) we are in for quite a few more of the cold stuff, does this mean we are going to get a white Christmas.
