Transliving night once again back in Brentwood.
I had been waiting since end of May for this night.Last time there I fell for the Goth look, dark and brooding.In the intervening months had gathered my Wardrobe, and attempting my 'look' once at Pink Punters. I was not happyand others agreed.So for tonight Suzie, (not real name) came over late afternoonto help with the dark side look.Well Mr Murphy was with us from the start!My velvet lace up dress became an octopus with eight arms.The belly did not help matters no matter how tight Suzie pulledthe cinch it, it just moved it up or down. The shoulders wouldnot sit even, the sleeves when lacing went every which way except the right way. The back, I was told did the same.Collapse on bed in hysterics. So change of plan, Dress, boots, white hair back into draw.Now Blonde with a witchy black dress and lace up boots -that laced up properly, Make up done by Suzie which I smudgedwhile driving there! So remade when in club, but simply, badly!Terence Higgins Trust on hand with advice for all.In the club, Diane, (met last weekend at PP's) and partner.Introduced to a bevy of beauties. Sadly no Goth ladies this evening.Grateful as I would have looked so out of place. Vanity again!Then Josephine walked, no glided in wearing a Jade green fish tailevening dress with a paschmina shawl. She looked elegant.We must have chatted for over an hour, brilliant. Diane then introduced Monica, lives local to me, attractive, intelligent. We hit if off immediately.Disco was fantastic as last time, with some good rock a billy.Damnation had left cell behind so no photos! And great gurls oooh....This venue is simply one to meet greet and enjoy each others company.The thing I like is no one is just into each other but open and friendly, as life should be, friends enjoying being us and having a good time. Go there solo meet new people enjoy the evening. Simple, relaxed.Soon time for flip flops to replace boots and an agreement to join themfor the Tv Chix Trans Angel event on Canvey 30th.Sequin event.So a busy end to the month with PP's the 29th as Hurricane Irma curtailedmy travels I look forward to these, and perhaps Scarlett's.If you get the chance for a Transliving event – GO!.Three day event October in Eastbourne, tempting.....Sarah Sep 15/09/17.
