It has been a long dual what gives one relaxation. It could be any thing under this sun, that can give relaxation at different level and enhances state of mind. Many people try to judge morality of each human behavior without understanding the morale of it. The swinging experience definitely gives a pleasure and deep sense of satisfaction, which can only be experienced. Can it be compared with singing? Not realy. It has to be experienced to attain the ecstasy of it. Its not for all. If it is in you , you will feel nothing else is like it. it has to be done with like minded people. Apart from actual sex , the feel of it is more satisfying. Friends with open and experimental attitude are the mediator towards swinging Nirwana.
