First, girls here like the idea of sexual fantasy but the idea of shame in our society outweighs the pros. So until you can develop that trust you won't be getting any.
Next, money dominates sexual activities here. Many women offer themselves for some value they perceive is fair. It's fine if you like to unload your wallet but I think it is better to invest time rather than money. Women love that you are into them, listen to them, compassionate, etc. It's a turn on and it will lead to better output in bed.
Finally, I have had luck with women on the streets on Kathmandu. So many people flock here from villages and get wrapped up in daily routines that they become robots. I tend to start calculated conversations and later ask for their numbers. If they seem interested, you got a potential explorer. No sexual talking until after she is comfortable. Then maybe you could decide on what, how, and the after of your activities.
