Health benefits of a regular sex life

5:38 pm Friday, 3rd March, 2017

Sex, like hunger, is a biological need, more urgently felt by men than by women. If denied, major problems such as depression can ensue. At the very least, enforced abstinence or a prolonged failure to ejaculate can cause groin ache, an unpleasant sustained pain in the perineum area.
It's very likely that the high rate of suicide particularly among older boys and young men is primarily due to the lack of an adequate sex life.
The health benefits of a satisfactory and regular sex life are considerable. Sex relieves stress and reduces blood pressure, and helps to avoid anxiety and depression. It increases self-esteem and imparts a general sense of well-being.
Every town should have a recognised indoor venue, such as a sauna or other recreation area, where gay or bisexual men over 16 can meet others and safely engage in satisfying their sexual needs in a discreet environment.
