Satin and Lace and a Touch of Leather

You're a guy. What do you want to know about lingerie? When it comes to satin and lace and sometimes a touch of leather, I go gaga. I love it, I love buying it, I love wearing it, given a choice between naked wrestling and doing it in style with stockings and a merry widow, I'll take the lingerie every time.


The fun starts with the buying. There is potential in each item I consider in the store. Is this the one I take with me on our next weekend away? Is this what he'll ask me to wear in the days ahead?


When we get ready for a night out the lingerie adds an extra zing to my routine. Do I choose the cutout bra? Should I skip the blouse and wear a bustier instead? What about a full bo dy stocking under that dress?


It’s very fun to dress up in layers that you know will be coming off one by one. It’s also fun to wonder what will peek out first. Will it be the top of the stockings? Will it be the straps on the merry widow? When he first enters me, perhaps with his fingers, will he take off the thong bikini or will he just push past it as he explores? After our gentle beginning and as our heartbeats start to race will we impatiently brush aside the fabric barriers aside or will he take his time and bare me down to my skin?

After all is said and done (remember dear reader, I like to talk in bed, so much is said and much more is done!) there is the moment when the lights come up and we look for our clothing. The stockings seem to travel the most and almost never land in the same place as their partner. Bras wander too and end up under pillows and on lamps. There are quiet chuckles as we retrieve the bits and pieces from around the room.


Finally, there is the cleaning and the storing of these special pieces. Even though nearly each piece has to be handwashed, there are such great memories attached to each item that this simple chore is a pleasure. Is it any wonder that I love lingerie?
