I'm my age holding me back?

I have been on sites like this before and have always felt as I'm only 23 I get over looked to try things I have always wanted to explore. I find older women a huge turn on, I like strong confident women who know what they want and don't play games and can challenge me. Can anyone offer advice or would be open to teaching me some tricks, I am open to all suggestions and am desperate to release my sexual appetite
