Who knew that Nintendo would be responsible for the zombie apocalypse. Millions of people are now walking around trying to catch fictional characters rather than staying in and getting sexy. Pokémon Go, the new mobile app, is now more popular than porn!
Who would have thought that ‘Squirtle’ would be a more searchable term than ‘squirting’, and a ‘Slowpoke’ would be preferable to a video of a vigorous bone sesh! But that’s how it is folks. Google Trends shows that the app now ranks higher than social media sites such as facebook and instagram, and even topples porn from the internet search top spot it has dominated for years. Ok, some other terms get through briefly (Brexit toppled it momentarily), but porn always ‘rises’ to the occasion and takes back its glory. This time, though, porn seems to be stuck playing second fiddle.
There is however, a significant rise in pokémon-related porn, which is just downright creepy. Looks like people are more excited over a Jigglypuff than other more saucy jiggly bits. Yikes!
Have you tried the app, and is it eating into your sexy time? I took a little look at it. Not my thing but perhaps a similar app for hookups might be interesting hey (a pokéstop, could have an entirely different meaning). What do you reckon?
