Getting out on Saturday
Saturday was the first time I'd been out, dressed, and during the day, since moving to Hampshire. But I was calm, confident, and happy.
Getting out dressed isn't always easy (won't elaborate), but on Saturday everything fell into place. Once I was on my own at home, I got ready and left the house at about 11am.
I walked to the ferry to get across to Portsmouth. It was a lovely morning, even though if was supposed to be cold.
Once in Portsmouth, I went to Matalan and tried a few things on. Eventually, I decided on the grey cardi (in the photos).
The I walked back to the ferry, and then home.
I really wish I could have spent the rest of the day being out.
I'd like to have met up with someone.
Maybe next time ... a girl can dream!
