Ok..so my life so far.. 30..professional career of some sort. Bad relationship choices. Some good ones. I live in Richards Bay. Nothing much happens here but always enough to fill our 17 page Newspaper.
So why now..? What do I mean? I'm talking about why do a blog on a dating site I mistakenly found? Simple. My friends are assholes, and I don't trust people. This would be a sufficiently anonymous outlet to the plethora of unresolved feelings..ok, let's change that to repressed feelings. Why lie? So I'm 30..decently good looking, funny or so I hear and well..gay. Yeah I said it. Gay.
Took a while to realise it and I still feel shocked when I hear myself say it let alone write it.
To be born in the 80s and gay nw is something a lot of guys are adapting to. I'm indian by ethnicity but 100% South African.
Is this the great prologue to my coming out...? no. I don't feel the need to advertise I'm gay or look for some form of acceptance. U don't see straight ppl confessing to being straight.
Best advice to save the world. Don't raise assholes. You might be one because of your upbringing with regard to race,sexual orientation, gender, religion.. but really. Grow up a decent respectable human being. Although my parents are homophobic I still love them because they don't know any better. Do I wish my parents were more accepting..yes. Are they the best parents ever..yes. They just don't get the gay thing.
Ok so enough with the rainbow refresher... what did you do today that made a positive difference in someone else's life?
Make sure you yield to traffic on your right at a traffic circle. It's not a stop street.
