Bottom line is simply that the vast majority of women are very conservative sexually, whilst the majority of men seek to do what they are genetically programmed to do beneath the thin veneer of 'cultural monogamy'. The imbalance has frustrated generations past and no doubt will continue to frustrate well into the future - just spare a thought for the plight of men in China where they are 30 million in excess!

You are right about the number of bi women Tink, and there's plenty of anecdotal and empirical data to support that, however I would still contend that from experience women are typically more inhibited, if not conservative, than men regarding sex. That is not to say that that is necessarily a permanent and enduring attitude!
Maybe couples should 'endure' a little more to give the genuine a chance to emerge from the mass of dross - they don't stand much chance against such weighted odds otherwise and the relative few that are out there will soon give up out of a sense of futility. It may well be that sense of futility that leads some to become misguidedly disingenuous.
The whole situation is further exacerbated by sites creating a plethora of inappropriate and moronic auto messages and mutilating blogs. No wonder so many genuine people have lost interest and given the 'Bowman's Salute'!
