Just about to sign off and I recieved a messaage . This to me was exciting . You see I'm a new member and such things as the thought of new friends and experiences ,well ,excite me !. I'd recently spent a while cruising the profiles of likely looking folk in my area . (Yeh I will travel but why jump in the car when a bicycle will do?) Anyway ,I'd popped a few flirts out . I thought that was the correct protocol.
As a new girl I'm maybe not totally au-fait with the etiquette of the "scene" but I didn't expect the answer I recieved from one would -be contact . Rather than a message saying something like ."Great to hear from you ",or "Thanks for the flirt but you're not really what we're after but we wish you well ".I recieved a curt and snotty little note dismissing flirts as "BORING". It seemed these folk wanted a message or nothing .
I just think that's rude and certainly no encouragement to a beginer on the site such as myself . Am I wrong ? Maybe I broke some unwritten rule ?
