A great resolution is something that will make you happier, healthier and a pleasure to accomplish. Which is why it is that time of the year again to make a list of all of the resolutions you didn’t do last year and add them to your brand spanking new list for this year.

Let’s be real for a minute, resolutions are generally a pain. By the second week of January, we are usually back to our old ways of skipping the gym, substituting the fruit and veg for something more stodgy, popping open that second bottle of wine, and buying (more) crap we don’t need off of the internet.

But sexy resolutions are more fun, and therefore, we’d like to think, more likely to actually be accomplished. So put down the healthy food for a moment and see how many of these you are yet to tick off your list.

Here are some sex resolutions for 2019 — don’t try them all at once now!
