Well, here I am, coming to the end of january and not a drop of alcohol has passed my lips for 28 days!
Have to say, I am very pleased with myself as when i was younger i was known as a bit of a beer monster! I would love to say I haven't missed it at all but I would be lying.....
I especially missed it yesterday as that was the first anniversary of my mum's passing and I felt I needed to mark the occasion somehow.....so instead, I opted for a cream cake! I am sure my mum would have approved of that more than me failing in my endeavour!!
On the plus side I have lost a stone in weight and dropped a dress size, I have also tackled my coffee addiction so i now sleep better and my skin is clearer and i have so much more energy!! woohoo
