I suppose i'm somewhat a fly by the seat of my pant's Kinda woman now...
Life has taught me that the whole planningmy life and sticking to that plan wasn't always possible as the saying goes "The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men gain aft go agley" (being an Ayrshire lassie there will be no surprise that is from a Robert Burns poem ;-))

Yes i did have a plan in the past but alas as "Burns" so rightly wrote...that plan went awry!!

I joined this site be chance one day, i had in fact been looking for porn (yes some of us women like watching porn,not just a guy thing) I have been on here for a couple of years now.....Did i plan it - NO. Do i plan to stay here - NO....well i say no but what i truely mean is i haven't made any plans.

I will leave myself in the hands of "Fate". No doubt i will go through twists & turns, highs & lows and even Ups & downs ( some of which will be rather fun others sadly not so ;-))

As i said i'm a fly be te seat of my pants girl, so what wiil be will be....Damn i just hope my parachute works;-)

No, have to say I arrived here confused, am still confused and even more confused as to where I'm going with it, but enjoying the trip nonetheless. Its always about the journey really and the people you meet on the way, destinations are only places were you can catch your breath.

It looks fate sometimes directs you to the places you should be ..... Maybe that's the way it should be.

I think some of us are still winging it and the dice are still rolling ............

Came across something in Spam Mail some years ago,clicked on it and found myself in Never Never Land.I don't usually open spam mail,so I suppose fate may have had something to do with it.
It is fair to say that I had been " boozing at the Nappie and getting fou' and unco' happy " ( Bit of Burns there for Sunshine Girl )so signed up.
Now I just go with the flow and steadfastly refuse to initiate any plans for the future, just enjoy the diversity of the people I encounter.

I planned to do something after a damascene revelation - and whilst the determination to step outside the wire was certain, the destination was not and after a few trial runs elsewhere on the world wide web I ended up here. After a hot meal on the objective my am with Fetch - whilst I love to plan and plot adventures I am content to trust my existence to fate and enjoy the free spirited nature of - dare I say - swinging.

After a lifetime of conformity I have found that it suits me perfectly.

Why thank you Fetch, you made me feel at home so i might stay here a while longer.... then again i may not will leave that to fate ;-) (Fetch have you watched Karen Dunbar reciting Tam o' Shanter?x)

Sunshine girl .No,I haven't sorry to day,but a life long friend David ( middle name Fraser ) whom I used to play rugby with,is brilliant at Burns recitations. i have had the honour of reading one of The great McGonagall's poems at a Burns Supper,even though I'm only half Scottish xxxxxx

Star Girl. His work is so bad that it's absolutely brilliant ! Much the same as Andy Stewart's songs were so cheesily Caledonian that the Scots hated them but the English loved them at Hogmanay .. xxxxxx

In fact I got here through design rather than accident. I'd decided it was time for a change, and had used another site for several years before discovering this one (which I joined mainly to keep up with UK culture - with varying success :-) I suppose I sort of reinvented myself in mid life, but in response to feelings I'd harbored for years. There was certainly nothing random about it, and the people I met had to fall within my criteria. So yes it has been a planned and controlled process.

I plan everything with military precision.
I'm boring like that.

Military precision...that sits in my little phrasebook alongside military intelligence.

Luv2Suc.I have no doubt that you are one of the most organized ladies around, but " military Precision" ? If you knew of all the near-disasters and " hit and hope " attitudes that prevail, I'm sure you would find a better comparison.xx

I spend all day making plans for meetings and scheduling appointments and making travel plans at my work as well as dealing with a mountain of paperwork. Meanwhile life goes on else where. Hmm probably one of the reasons i have decided not to try stick to a plan for my "real life"

The biggest reason of all for me not making plans just happens to be that when things don't go according to plan it can leave a somewhat bad taste in your mouth and feeling rather dispirited. Though i have become adept at picking myself up,dusting myself down and starting all over again :-)

Without wishing to extend the military analogy a moment longer than necessary my experience of military planning and precision is that the earnestness, conviction and determination on the faces of the steely eyed planners is matched only by the look of incredulity when the whole thing goes Pete Tong.

I do like having a bit of order though - especially where others are involved.

Is manipulation like organised chaos Lilith? Can't hurt tilting the odds in your favour ;)

Well Joe can honestly say your blog is great, i think if u over think these things u never do them and if i hadn,t found hub i wud never have met such diverse people, i stopped planning years ago and now just go with the flow, live everyday like it,s your last much love x
