Hook ups in Phnom Penh

There are a few people on the site in PP, and I have been in touch with a few, but it seems everyone is a bit worried as it is a small town - and yes I agree it is. I am keen for some action when I come through PP (which is often) and I am also very concerned about discretion. So anyone any thoughts or interested?
