Newbie Profile advice

Hiya fellow naughty people out there!! Can i ask, what do you ladies out there look for when reading through member profiles??? Any good tips/advice on what to do and not to do please??
I never know what to put or upload so assume that as i don't get much response i must've done something wrong.
