Shy and insecure! Need advice

I am me and I guess im just trying to find out who I am.

There has always been a part of me who has been interested, interested in exploring fantasy and the things I thing I like. But, I’ve always felt insecure because of my size( 16/18) not worthy of being able to explore, worried what people may think! I’d like to try new things, couple, woman on her own but scared of going public!

I’m happily married yet something is missing, I’m not sexually confident unless I’ve had a drink or too because I don’t feel sexy or wanted in that way.

I want to be able to explore who I Am but scared or loosing what I have.
Is there anyone else out there who feels that way. I’m so new to this!

Kinda new to this, 40 and want a little excitement
