Why so many timewasters???

Why do people join this site than completely ignore requests for contact or fun?? It is bloody rude ! Please, if anyone receives a contact of meeting request, provided it is polite and not too outrageous, then the least the recipient should do is to say "no" if they are not interested. 2 little letters in the reply section (NO) is the only polite and proper way to respond.
