Dear Friends,

Each spring we begin planning for our New Year's revelry. We look for spectacular estates, marvelous vistas, a discreet staff and plenty of privacy.

In past years the accommodations have included the Ritz-Carlton Club Level in New Orleans and the oceanfront Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale. The estates we have secured have been owned or occupied by celebrities Jason Statham, Woody Harrelson, Leonardo DiCaprio and Anderson Cooper. In 2014, our guests shared four cliff top villas, each with a full staff and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. For this New Year's holiday we are keeping it warm and sunny, and have selected a set of oceanfront villas overlooking the Caribbean Sea. These fully staffed mansions will be our sanctuary from the winter winds. And, while most every hotel and resort in the Caribbean demands a 7, 10 or 14 night minimum stay, our guests may travel at their leisure selecting a few nights, a full week, or anything in between.

In addition to the residences, the entertainment will also be world class. Our tradition of bringing Grammy winning performs to the Black Tie & Lingerie Ball is one we intend to continue.

Fashion for the week will be 'caribbean elegant' and for New Year's Eve and the 9th Black Tie & Lingerie Ball it will be tuxedos for the gentlemen and for the ladies long dresses and gowns...at least until midnight.
