There was a time (I think), when men were men and women were women. It was a time when men and women each had there place. The men would go out into the world and work while the women stayed at home to cook and clean and to comfort their men when they come home.


The man's job often required an education while the woman's job only required simple training so in some societies education is limited to boys only and this perpetuates the model. Even in western cultures the model is perpetuated by social culture where from the earliest of ages, boys are conditioned to be aggressive and controlling and girls are conditioned to be submissive and pretty.


But western cultures started to change with the rise of suffrage for women and equal access to opportunities. The decades of "You've come a long way baby" broke the model and liberated women from the shackles of forced submission. As the men gradually lost their automatic right to command. The women in ever increasing numbers cast aside their corsets and frilly dresses as they abandoned the need to please men. Some men adjusted and marriages became equal partnerships. Other men clung to the old way with enough strength keep their women in line. Still, other men with less to offer failed to secure any relationship with such fierce women and learned to be alone.


But then something new came along. Well, maybe not entirely new, but something from the shadows of shame cast by the pillars of machismo... Lesser men gradually, stepping into the light to pick up the corsets and frilly dresses cast aside from the alpha-females and then wearing them.


Now, there's a broad range of kinks that might involve pretty things but there is a very specific breed of these lesser men that enter a new world when they dress as women. It's the world of the other sex, which in the patriarchal model, means the world of submission. These sissies are dying for a chance to be what the alpha-females don't want to be.


As much as there has always been defectors of the model, the tomboys and sissies; never before has the defection been so overwhelming as to change the expectations of society and although it started with the tomboys and like-minded women fighting for equality, their departure from household duties created a vacuum into which sissies can easily be drawn into a subservient life of corsets, frilly dresses, cooking and cleaning AND comforting their alpha-owners when they come home.


Yes, the old model CAN work if it's not forced on people who don't like their assigned roles. If independent woman are free to strive and compete for commerce AND sissies are allowed to be the servant in a pretty dress at home, then the men who have lost their command can get it back and everyone can be happy.
