Oh dear ... the twists of fate

My day time jaunt later this week (I was planning on going across to Portsmouth on the ferry to do some shopping), is off. These things happen, and it plays havoc with efforts to meet people.
As a consolation I was able to dress and go out this evening for a while . It was quite windy, and my short dress was flapping about rather delightfully.
Still ... I'm very persistent, so I'll find another opportunity.
I just hope I can find someone (or several someones) who can be understanding ... it'll be quite something when it happens!
