Dark secrets of a personal trainer that he won't tell you.

Getting in shape isn't the great mystery we all like to think it is. In reality it's just: Eat right. Work out. Repeat Repeat Repeat...

But of course, as anyone who's ever tried it can TELL YOU that's way easier said than done. Hell right. Getting the motivation to haul our hasn't-seen-a-bikini-since-18 yrs old butt or hidden-under-tons-of blubber-undiscovered-since-rugby-training-stopped-abs to the gym and saying "no thanks, I've had enough" to that Snickers bar or M&Ms crying our name from the kitchen at 11 p.m. is hard. Really hard. Almost as hard as striking a 10 million lottery. 


We simply can't do it by ourselves. We love our excuses too much - we made them hello?. Which is why it can often be extremely 'helpful' to just hire a Personal trainer. Someone to motivate you, get you to stick to your goals, and most importantly, help you out in the gym thru all that equipment and maximise your workout hassle free.

This Is A DREAM.
