Trimmed has been in fashion for a long time niw but it's also nice to see a hairy pussy as they do keep that luvlee musky smell more. Well if I turn the question around, then I prefer to be trimmed. It is neat and tidy, easy to maintain and avoids stubble, ingrowing hairs and blocked follicles, not to mention the sting of waxing! A girlfriend says that she disliked me natural as it got up her nose so to speak, but that shaved meant by evening I was prickly again and that irritated her vagina. Only the girls can tell us mere blokes, about the pain irritation, etc that they have. It is and should be their personal choice. Provided hygiene is good, I love them anyway I am fortunate enough to get them! that should be enough for any man.

I have varied myself between natural, trimmed and shaved. The biggest problem with shaved I have found personally, is that if you don't shave daily, it gets very itchy while growing.
