Finding the right person here is most of the time a hit or miss. Usually a miss in some scenarios; but I think the right person comes around and appreciates the things you can offer to them I think that would be the best thing you can get in this lifestyle.
I always say this to every person I meet here. "Friendship is just a bonus in this Lifestyle, but if you get that from the other person you will keep it for the rest of your run with them".
I'm a firm believer of establishing a good friendly relationship with couples and or singles without being intrusive or too prying, because it builds a good foundation of things yet to come.
Every time get invited to an activity that includes not being naked and exchanging bodily fluids such as dinners or social gatherings I feel very flattered since I think that they see me as a person that can be considered as a friend and not just a booty call of some sorts.
I think putting your best foot forward will make a good impact to some people.
I also think that it means something if your opinions matter and if they consider your suggestions in some subjects.
To my luck, I'm very thankful that I've found a handful of people that considers me as a person that they can trust. Some people are from here but most of them are not.
I will cherish the thing you gave to me and I see it as an honor.

I'd have to say I consider friendship a basis, not a bonus, of this lifestyle. One of the greatest perks of being here is finding like minded, and open minded, people...the kind you can share pretty much everything with without the judgement of the general public. Not all fit the bill, true, but when you find them, you keep them. |

I'll have to agree with eroticgoddess. The sex lasts for for a few hours but the friendships can potentially last much longer. It is the relationships that give meaning and flavor to the sex. |
