As I write this, I am thinking of the private message sent by a couple on the site that I just replied to. Though they are very much into this kind of lifestyle, they emphasized one thing that caught my attention: friendship. Apparently, this couple is more interested in establishing a friendship with the other folks here than simply getting the sex over and done with and then moving on to the next experience.
I personally feel that this couple has stumbled upon an amazing point: as fun as it is, perhaps it is not so much the sexual pleasure that certain people seek from the site as much as the intimacy and the connection. Perhaps the sex is only the means, not the end itself.
And I wonder what it all means...
